My name is Nicole Dawn and I am a freelance Hair and Makeup Artist and a Trainee for the TV and Film Industry. I am currently a ScreenSkills Hair and Makeup Trainee and my passion is to work within the TV & Film Industry.

I graduated from University College of Birmingham in September 2017 with a Bachelor Of Arts (Honours) Degree in Specialist Hair and Media Makeup and have recently gained a qualification in Beginners Haircutting and Barbering at The Iver Makeup Academy.

I have previously worked as a Hair & Makeup Trainee for companies such as BBC, HBO, ITV, Netflix, ASDA, Channel 4 etc.

I have also worked with professional freelance photographers and photo-shoots, and in numerous theatre productions including a Gala Show at the Birmingham REP Theatre and on West End Production 'Young Frankeinstein'. I was also the Head Hair & Makeup Artist on the 2017 NASA Cinespace short film, Astrosapiens and the designer for Theatre Severns production of ‘Blithe Spirit’.

I have had my Makeup Artistry work published in both Vintage Life Magazine, Conceptual Magazine and BeauNu magazine and have been featured in ABC News & Good Morning America.
